Meeting Sponsorship Request

An opportunity to network with Central Massachusetts' employer community
HRMA provides area companies the opportunity to sponsor one of its monthly membership meetings. Sponsorship provides you the following:
- A three minute segment to provide the audience with an overview of your company;
- Table setup for display of promotional materials;
- Access to 100+ human resource professionals; and
- A space in our newsletter following the meeting you sponsor to place a follow-up ad
The cost of sponsorship is $250 for all meetings except the Annual Meeting in May, which is $300.
As a sponsor you may also donate a door prize (minimum value $25) that we will publicize in our newsletter.
There has been increased interest in sponsoring our meetings, so note that the date you choose is tentative until you receive a confirmation letter from our Administrator after we have received your completed request form and check.
If you are interested in sponsoring a meeting, please complete this form and mail your check to: Attn: Sponsorship Chair, HRMA, P.O. Box 281, Worcester, MA 01613-0281. Please make your check payable to: HRMA of Central Massachusetts, Inc. As space is limited, we ask that no more than two representatives of your company attend the meeting you sponsor.
